Thomas G. Graves
M.D. & F.A.A.F.P
Dr. Graves is Board certified in Family Medicine. He earned his medical degree at Wayne State University, School of Medicine and completed his residency at Bon Secours Hospital, Grosse Pointe. Dr. Graves is a Clinical Assistant Professor at Wayne State University, School of Medicine, Department of Family Medicine, and a Fellow of the American Academy of Family Physicians.
Dr. Graves loves time with his family, he loves playing sports (especially tennis), traveling, and sharing his faith.

Eileen Hopman
M.D. & F.A.A.F.P
Dr. Hopman is Board certified in Family Medicine. She earned her medical degree at Wayne State University, School of Medicine and completed her residency at St. John Hospital and Medical Center, Detroit. Dr. Hopman is a Clinical Assistant Professor at Wayne State University, School of Medicine, Department of Family Medicine, and a Fellow of the American Academy of Family Physicians. Dr. Hopman loves spending time with her family, she enjoys free time boating on Lake St. Clair, and she is active in her church choir and children’s summer camp.

Dennis M. Ramus
M.D. & F.A.A.F.P
Dr. Ramus is Board certified in Family Medicine. He earned his medical degree at Wayne State University, School of Medicine and completed his residency at Bon Secours Hospital, Grosse Pointe. Dr. Ramus is a Clinical Assistant Professor at Wayne State University, School of Medicine, Department of Family Medicine, and a Fellow of the American Academy of Family Physicians. Dr. Ramus loves his family and looks for any reason he can find to be with them. He loves to golf, and he loves Civil War reenacting.
Dr. Ramus devotes much of his free time serving his church in various leadership roles.

P. Greg Rowsell
M.D. & F.A.A.F.P
Dr. Rowsell is Board certified in Family Medicine. He earned his medical degree at U.A.C. and completed his residency at St. John Hospital and Medical Center, Detroit, where he also served as Chief Resident, Family Practice. Dr Rowsell presently serves on the Quality Assurance and Credentialing Committee for St.John Hospital. Dr. Rowsell is a Clinical Assistant Professor at Wayne State University, School of Medicine, Department of Family Medicine, and a Fellow of the American Academy of Family Physicians. Dr. Rowsell enjoys activities such as tennis, skiing, snowboarding, sailing, fishing, and hiking. He loves to work with his hands, has built or renovated 7 homes in the past and has a passion for fine woodworking.

Anna K. Demos
M.D. & F.A.A.F.P
Dr. Demos is Board certified in Family Medicine. She earned her medical degree at Wayne State University, School of Medicine and completed her residency at St. John Hospital and Medical Center, Detroit. Dr. Demos is a Clinical Assistant Professor at Wayne State University, School of Medicine, Department of Family Medicine, and a Fellow of the American Academy of Family Physicians. Dr. Demos enjoys physical fitness and bikes or jogs almost every day. She loves gardening and spending time with her family.

Paul D. Paonessa
M.D
Dr. Paonessa is Board certified in
Family Medicine. He earned his medical degree at U.A.C. and completed his residency at St. John Hospital and Medical Center, Detroit. Dr. Paonessa loves spending time with his family, exercising, and participating in sports. He has a special interest in sports medicine and helping athletes maximize their potential through exercise and good health. He loves traveling and learning about new cultures.

Nicole LeTarte

I grew up in Clinton Township, Michigan with my parents, Mark and Cindy and my brother, Mark. I attended a small Christian School for high school and in 2011, I attended University of Detroit Mercy and graduated Magna Cum Laude with my Bachelors of Science in Nursing. I started my nursing career as a Staff Nurse at Sinai Grace Hospital in the Emergency Department. During my career as a staff nurse, I became certified in trauma, pediatrics, triage, and advanced cardiac resuscitation. I was a clinical preceptor for the new staff nurses, became a charge nurse, and was on employee engagement committees. I got married during my graduate studies to my wonderful husband, Chris and I graduated in 2016. A few short weeks later I started my career as a Family Nurse Practitioner at Bay Area Family Physicians.

Brad Sutherland
F.N.P.- C
A certified Family Nurse Practioner, Brad graduated from Oakland University’s Bachelor of Science-Nursing program in 2008. He worked as a nurse in the emergency room for over ten years and has at least two years’ experience working as a cardiovascular and peripheral vascular interventional registered nurse. Brad graduated in 2017 with a Masters’ of Science Degree in Nursing-Family Nurse Practitioner from Walden University. He joined Bay Area Family Physicians in October, 2017 and is an active member of the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners.
Brad loves spending time with his family. He is also an avid sports fan, particularly baseball, and spends much of his free time coaching today’s youth.

I believe a positive attitude, the ability to listen intently, and sound advice can help people heal physically, mentally and spiritually. Joseph Lucido
D.O
Dr. Lucido attended Michigan State University for his undergraduate and medical school training. He completed his residency at Henry Ford Macomb Hospital. He was born and raised in metro Detroit and is thrilled to be able to practice in the community he grew up in near his family and friends. He is interested in all aspects of family medicine and also utilizes Osteopathic Manipulative Treatment.
Dr. Lucido focuses on developing a trusting relationship with all of his patients so they can work as a team to determine a specific plan that is right for them. It is his goal to help every patient be happy and live a healthy lifestyle. He seeks to prevent disease before it occurs and only use medications when necessary. He believes there is a strong interaction between the mind, body, and spirit and factors in all of these components when considering treatment. He values the importance of open communication between doctor and patient and always harbors a nonjudgmental and positive environment.
When Dr. Lucido is not busy being a physician, he enjoys traveling, hiking, backpacking, soccer, and comedy.
